This specialized vehicle joins the ranks of sanitation champions alongside sprinkler trucks and garbage trucks, recognized as one of the three major sanitation models. The truck is ingeniously designed with air holes and suction/discharge holes strategically positioned on top of the tank. The air hole is seamlessly connected to a water-air separator, serving as the vital gateway for air to flow in and out of the tank. For maintenance purposes, the intake hole remains sealed but can be opened as needed. The suction and discharge holes are expertly linked to the suction hose, creating a siphoning channel for efficient waste transfer in and out of the tank.
The tank's design features dual-sided platforms equipped to securely shelve the suction hose and maintenance stand. At the forefront, an observation tube allows operators to monitor loading volumes, ensuring optimal operation and preventing overload. The base of the tank includes a strategically placed cleaning hole, typically sealed. When it's time for maintenance, simply remove the cleaning hole cover to effortlessly allow sewage to discharge through natural flow, streamlining the cleaning process.
