The entire vehicle is based on the Sanchaz ZZ5206N471GF5 dedicated chassis produced by China Heavy Duty Truck Group, equipped with a sandwich full-power take-off driving a rear-mounted fire pump. The engine has high reserve power, excellent power performance, reasonable structure, and an aesthetically pleasing design, making it suitable for various professional firefighting teams, oil fields, docks, factories, and enterprises. It can quickly extinguish oil fires or general solid organic material fires.
The vehicle features a continuous auxiliary frame that connects the upper assembly to the chassis, effectively preventing stress concentration caused by uneven roads or sudden braking during travel, thus protecting the upper assembly and extending the vehicle's lifespan.
The cargo compartment adopts a modular structure. The frame is made of aluminum profiles, with inner and outer panels of aluminum skin, bonded together and sealed to prevent electrochemical corrosion.
The firefighter cabin can seat six people: two in the front row and four in the back. The tank is an internal tank structure made of high-quality stainless steel, with a water capacity of 4500 kg, A-class foam of 500 kg, and B-class foam of 1000 kg. The tank interior has transverse and longitudinal anti-sway boards, a longitudinal support beam at the bottom, and a manhole cover on top, ensuring easy maintenance and extending the tank's life.
The compressed air foam system uses the RL-CAFS-60/6000 type compressed air A-class foam system from Guangdong Ruilin Special Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which includes the CB10/60-XZ type atmospheric fire pump from Shanghai Xiongzheng Fire Equipment Co., Ltd., with a rated flow rate of 60 L/S at 1.0 MPa. An AB-type automatic foam proportioning mixer with a maximum foam liquid flow rate of 50 L/min. A twin-screw compressor with a rated air volume/pressure of 4.2 m³/min at 0.86 MPa. The roof is equipped with the PLKD8/48 type electric-controlled fire cannon from Chengdu Weststar, with a rated flow rate of 48 L/s at 1.0 MPa, known for its mature technology and stable performance, widely used in fire trucks.
The towing system uses the N16800XF-24V type electric winch from Champion Power Equipment USA, with a total wire length of ≥38 meters and a rated pull force of 70 kN, located in the front lower towing box of the vehicle.
The lifting lighting system uses the YZH4-4.8CF lifting lighting system from Shanghai Huodu Signal Equipment Co., Ltd., featuring four 1000W LED light heads, with a lifting height of no less than 8 meters.
The motor paired with the lighting system is the SHT15000-HA type generator from SAWAFUJI ELECTRIC CO LTD Japan, with a rated output power of 12 kVA.
The vehicle's fire performance meets the requirements of GB7956.1-2014, GB7956.2-2014, and GB7956.3-2014 standards, passing inspection by the National Firefighting Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The chassis has also passed inspection by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and obtained the China Compulsory Product Certification Certificate. The engine emissions comply with the sixth-stage emission standards of GB17691-2018.
